The Sass Home Project

This project encompassed a major home remodel including:

All new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the downstairs, new carpet on the stairs and upstairs, partial stair remodel changing out the spindles to black wrought iron, new paint throughout, remodelling the kitchen, primary bathroom and powder room, new window treatments throughout, new lighting layout and fixtures, removing a partial wall thereby making the entrance into the kitchen from the dining area wider, and removing a pony wall at the dining room area/entrance thereby making the space for the dining table much bigger and less restricting, and the entrance to the home feeling more open and inviting.

In addition to that, the fireplace in the family room was remodeled and the TV was relocated to above the fireplace which made it a lot more comfortable for TV viewing. Also the cabinetry in the adjoining family room was updated to match the kitchen cabinets.

All new furniture for the downstairs was specified and it now blends seamlessly with the updated transitional aesthetic of the newly remodeled home.

This home was built in 1996 (which makes it 30 years old) and it had never been updated, so this remodel was badly needed and the transformation was a game changer.
