This is a beautiful one story home (always the most sought after for obvious reasons), with gorgeous landscape views of hills and greenery. The outdoor area is very large with a ton of opportunity to develop multiple different things (maybe a pickle ball court?:) There is a beautiful rectangular pool area with tons of room around it for loungers and furniture and the owners have plans in the future to build a large built in barbecue area.
This project encompassed a full home remodel including: all new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the home, new carpet in the bedrooms and office, new paint throughout, remodeled kitchen, primary bathroom, powder room, laundry room and office, new custom built in cabinetry throughout including closets, a full garage build out, and new lighting layout/design and new lighting fixtures.
We also remodeled the fireplace in the family room and reworked the AV throughout the house to meet our clients needs.
We purchased all new furniture for the entire home that works beautifully with the transitional aesthetic that we landed on, and the end result was a fabulous warm and cozy, family friendly gorgeous home!
