My "New Beginnings Project"
Hello friends and Happy Halloween to you all!
I hope that this finds you well and I hope that everybody is having a great week so far! I know that I am having a great week working on numerous exciting projects ranging from complete home furniture and accessory selections to partial home refreshing projects to bathroom remodels. I am going to keep this short and sweet as time is definitely of the essence these days, with so little time to spare.
Wanted to share some images of this project that I completed a few months ago (yes it has taken me this long to post!!) I loved every second of this project and my client was and is the loveliest lady, easy going and open to many different ideas and options. We had a lot of fun and most importantly, she was super happy with the results of our work together and so was I.
The first few images that I am sharing are of the upstairs living room/loft space, a place where my client and her husband hang out and relax after a long day at the office. We are still searching for art for the wall behind the sofa that's why is it not visible, and I have included a single image of the chandelier that hangs from the centre of the ceiling. This space has a relaxed and calm feel about it, something that I think you will pick up when viewing the images below. I will share more images of this space once we have installed the art on the wall behind the sofa.
The next part of the house I am sharing is the downstairs living room. Again, a super calm feeling is evoked from this space and you will notice that we have the same color palette running throughout the house. There is some light pink in the rug (second image below) and when we went shopping and found the pastel pink coral piece mounted on a lucite block (visible on the accent table), we just had to have it! It picks up the pink in the rug beautifully and brings in a little interest with the new color introduction.
Finally here is the dining area of which I only have one image. Sorry! There will definitely be more in the future.
Hope that everyone enjoyed reading this and perusing the images as much as I loved working with this awesome client!
Enjoy the rest of your week!
